Preview: Geisha Story, Greatest Odyssey
Wait a minute, did the Os Man write “fresh”? Okay, perhaps the term was used more than a bit loosely there, as the first offering is entitled “Geisha Story.” Hey, the Os Man loves a good geisha as much as the next sake-quaffing dude, but another tale of those entertaining Japanese ladies from the company that just put out Silent Samurai in July? (And if you’re really fascinated with the whole geisha thing, Vegas Technology released Cherry Blossom in September, for Basho’s sake.)
In the 15-payling Geisha Story, Playtech promises reel symbols such as cherry blossoms, bonsai trees, teapots and fans – no kidding. There’s a bonus round here, too, which the Os Man reckons better be a real mindblower to separate another geisha game from the pack.
Release No. 2 from the Playtechies is a little online slot they like to call “Greatest Odyssey.” Company PR tells us that Greatest Odyssey is a marine-themed 25-payliner featuring symbols “like submarines, divers and artifacts.” Two bonus rounds are thrown in here, as is an intriguing feature called the “Dollar Ball side game.”
