An old lynchpin of downtown Las Vegas gambling (as opposed to that on The Strip), the latter half of Binion’s Gambling Hall & Hotel has seen some rough times thanks to the recession, but the casino aspect still runs very well.
The main floor has 90,000 square feet of gaming with hundreds of slot machines, including progressive jackpot slots. In the “Party Pit” area manned by nubile cowgirls, table games including blackjack, craps, roulette, progressive three-card poker, Let It Ride, Texas Bonus Hold ‘Em and Pai Gow may be played.
And since Binion’s was the original home of the World Series of Poker, the casino still pays homage to the game with an expansive 10-table poker room which features tournaments, regular comp awards and low rakes.
The sportsbook service is augmented by the nice viewing area in Benny’s Bullpen Sports Bar & Cigar Lounge.
