Good luck charm: Elvis slot game makers WagerWorks start 2010 strong

It was a successful 2009 for WagerWorks, peaking with the much envied Casinomeister “Best Software” award. Then 2010 was off to a fast start with an impressive lineup at the IGE/ICEi  show in Earl’s Court exhibition hall, London, U.K. Exhibiting as part of the International Game Technology-UK Group with sister companies Barcrest Group and Million-2-1, WagerWorks took full advantage of the opportunity to interact with customers across multiple distribution channels while building on five years of success in the remote gaming market.

Monty’s Millions was its centrepiece at the show as the first simultaneous release across the land-based, online and mobile markets. Visitors were able to view online and mobile Monty’s Millions through WagerWorks and via Barcrest Group for the UK land-based gaming venues. WagerWorks' ever-popular Elvis slots game titles will soon be following suit.

It prompted Commercial Director at Virgin Games Josh Morris to comment that “WagerWorks games continue to prove incredibly popular with our Virgin customers with the combination of premium brands and market leading game logic. Monty’s Millions has been widely played in its first few weeks at VirginGames.com and seems to be very popular with both casino and bingo players alike.”

The game was also the first game available on the latest version of WagerWorks RGS (remote game server). The recent rollout of the updated system across all WagerWorks partners features localised game content, messaging, an enhanced administrator interface and a “Game Development Kit,” which provides developers with everything needed to implement games on the latest WagerWorks remote game server release. With far greater functionality for operators promised, WagerWorks is touting these upgrades as a significant milestone in the evolution of WagerWorks gaming products.
