Bodog knows football (even this early)

Are you ready for some football? Yeah, yeah, LCD knows that the Olympic Games are still going on, but between the Michael Phelps overhype and the short shrift given the ball sports, LCD can’t help but lose a little focus.
Focused elsewhere, too, are our buddies over at
Bodog. The Bodoggies are already touting their online sportsbook via the various PR channels, offering a fantasy league to boot.
Numbers
Bodog provides for the 4 September season-opening game wherein Washington visits the defending champion New York Giants include the following.
• The Giants are a 3.5-point underdog, with the over/under at 40.
• To win Super Bowl XLIII, Bodog has the Giants at 20/1 while Washington is at a stretch with 40/1 odds.
• To take the NFC, New York sits at 7/1 while Washington is at 18/1; within the NFC East in which the Dallas Cowboys are odds-on favorites everywhere,
Bodog has the Giants at 3/1and looking well better than D.C. at 13/2.
Have fun, armchair pundits! And remember, as
a wise man once concurred, “gambling makes a good thing even better.''
