Staking Your Claim

Step 1. This is the most vital step in the game. All Cash Back claimants must remember to send their claims. The claim must be sent by e-mail to Live Casino Direct at cashback@livecasinodirect.com by the 5th of the following month.

The email must contain:

1. Casino account number(s) relevant to you Cash Back claim
2. Your first and last name, and your relevant e-mail address
3. Each of the relevant account’s history including:

3. Wagers
4. Payouts
